Hi, I understand how difficult it is to navigate the complex world of human resources in California. I left my corporate HR leadership role 8 years ago to work with small California businesses. Since then I have worked with hundreds of small business owners and managers helping them get California compliant as well as teaching them how to better lead their employees. I developed this course so I could provide you with as much help as possible when it comes to being compliant with SB 553.
